With over 10 years of experience in events, hospitality, and training, we have brought our passion for Iberian ham to some of the most exclusive venues in London, Spain, and other international destinations.
We have taken part in high-end events, private celebrations, hotels, corporate functions, embassies, ships, cruise liners, yachts, and more creating unique culinary experiences where every detail matters.
For us, ham carving is much more than a technique.
It is tradition, culture, elegance, and an experience to be shared.
That is why the International Academy of Ham Carving (ACICJ) was created.
A new chapter begins in the Dominican Republic, one of the most spectacular destinations in the Caribbean, with a very clear purpose: to bring the art and culture of ham around the world, creating unique experiences and training the professionals of the future.
